About the Event

In this workshop, we will collectively honor our emotions and protect our spirits as we move into Fall & Winter. Our guest facilitator, Claribel Diaz M.A, LCSW/Therapist, will speak to self-preservation from a clinical perspective as a bilingual psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience. Through the exploration of love languages, the works of Solange and Narriyah Waheed, participants will define self-preservation in relation to their own lived reality. Join us in this healing space to sharpen your pen and set intentions as the Fall & Winter seasons arrive.
